They say: "This song is one of three songs that happened in a fuzzy frenzy of an afternoon in London while I had the house to myself.
I was in a weird and quite destructive place mentally and was being somewhat of a nightmare for someone I loved, so I told them I'd write them something pretty to apologise.
However, this rather self-deprecating manic song happened instead. It's difficult to pinpoint exactly what was going on in terms of influence - it was mostly an experimentation with a tape machine I'd just bought and just unintentionally writing songs by making music for the sake of my sanity and enjoyment."
We say: "Not what we’d expect from Aaron - but I guess that’s the point. The new album - finally getting an official release - is marked by a scuzzy, drone-y, shoe-gazey wall of riffola. Noisy and nice."
